COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS

These practices are grounded in a conception of art aligned with Robert Filliou’s Permanent Creation and Poetic Economy. He understood this way of practicing art as the antithesis of the modern productivist economy. Whereas capitalist economy is governed by the logic of accumulation, efficiency, and profitability, the poetic economy is based on principles of generosity and symbolic exchange. For Filliou, poetry—understood as a form of thought and action—can become an alternative model of social organization and human relations.

Accordingly, in my collaborative and/or mediation projects I conceive of art as a space for encounter, connection, exchange, and transformation. This is why I work with specific communities, listening to their rhythms and needs but, above all, to their ways of imagining the common, strengthening bonds, and rehearsing alternative forms of coexistence. In that effort to imagine the possible, I foster situations in which play, attentive listening, and collaboration allow other ways of thinking together to emerge. In this sense, my projects operate on a small scale, from the micropolitical (with a nod to Félix Guattari), committing to micro-actions—those small gestures that transform everyday life and are capable of producing real shifts in collective sensibility.
